Meet David

Who Am I, I am a husband, father, friend, music nut, lover of life, creativity junkie, community-focused, full-time Real Estate Broker who is Marketing Minded, Operations Oriented, Results Driven, and above all a Connector. It's all part of who I am and each piece governs how I live my life.
 
Serving the Delaware Valley Real Estate market since 2003, it is my goal to exceed expectations while achieving the best possible results for my clients and making the real estate experience stress-free and agreeable.
 
My business is about building solid relationships to allow us all to achieve our goals. Ultimately, I want to know that I made a difference in the lives of my clients by helping them buy, sell, or lease a home or property.

Most recently I ranked among the TOP 500 of all real estate agents encompassing three counties - Chester County, PA, Delaware County, PA, and New Castle County, DE - collectively known as the Brandywine Valley. This achievement placed me in the top 7% of all agents and teams in our region.

My office is located in Newtown Square and Edgemont Township, which is centrally located to serve Buyers and Sellers in Newtown Square, Broomall, Media, Malvern, West Chester, Glen Mills, Wayne, Villanova, Haverford, Bryn Mawr, Ardmore, essentially all of Delaware and Chester County.
